Functionality Added or Changed

New Feature: Moved Notes and Files blocks to the top of the Contact Page (Feature #5777).
New Feature: Blocks can now be added to side columns (Feature #5842).
Enhancement: Added enhanced AVS and CVD checking to the Moneris Payment Gateway (Enhancement #5806).
Enhancement: Added orphaned content to navigation tree (Enhancement #5814).
Enhancement: Performance enhancements for the Product Import (Enhancement #5826).
Enhancement: Performance enhancements for the search index (Enhancement #5832).
Enhancement: Added docx to the list of allowed uploader extensions (Enhancement #5836).
Enhancement: Pages will now support multiple Forms containing Contact Registration fieldsets (Enhancement #5837).
Enhancement: Content Template thumbnails are now smaller and faster to load (Enhancement #5838).
Enhancement: The Theme Designer's color picker now has a direct hex input field (Enhancement #5841).
Enhancement: Blocks without content (new or empty) will show a placeholder div until content is added (Enhancement #5843).

Bug Fixes

Bug Fix: New images added to a cloned Page's Gallery before it was saved for the first time would be lost (Bug #5774).
Bug Fix: Deleting Contacts would cause an error if there were Newsletter messages connected to that Contact (Bug #5776).
Bug Fix: Blocks Pages with their layout set to Default were causing an error (Bug #5778).
Bug Fix: Markdown was not being stripped from OpenGraph metadata (Bug #5803).
Bug Fix: Optional Quantity Product Option fields can now have a value of 0 (Bug #5804).
Bug Fix: Fixed the scroll bar of the Deleted Pages screen in the Administration Console (Bug #5809).
Bug Fix: Deleted content no longer appears in the Related Content block (Bug #5810).
Bug Fix: Reports screen would crash in some situations (Bug #5830).
