Content Templates

Frequently used content or page outlines can be saved as templates, which can then inserted into Pages, Articles, Products or Mass Emails.

Creating a Content Template

  1. Click "Settings", then "Content Templates".
  2. Click the "Add Content Template" button.
  3. Enter a name and description for the template.
  4. Select whether the template should be available to Pages, emails, or both.
  5. Create the content using the WYSIWYG editor, then click "Save".

Using a Content Template

There are two methods of inserting content templates with the WYSIWYG editor:

Inserting a Content Template

  1. Choose "Template" from the "Insert" menu.
  2. Use the orange "Insert Template" button.

Both methods will insert the template at the cursor's position. Existing content will not be erased.
